Located in the heart of Hervey Bay, we proudly welcome pets and pet parents from Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re a local resident or just visiting the Bay, our doors are always open to you and your beloved companions.
INsightVETCT is a modern small animal clinic, first opening in October 2019. Our dedicated team of four veterinarians and three qualified nurses share a commitment to delivering the highest standard of veterinary care and professional service. We understand how important your pets are and the special place they hold in your family, and we treat each patient with the same care and compassion as we would our own.
Our Team
Led by our principal veterinarian, Dr Amanda Finnis, our team brings extensive experience and a wide range of special interests, including surgery, dental care, animal behaviour, internal medicine, and the health of guinea pigs and other exotic pets. Dr Finnis is currently completing an advanced two-year course in medicine to further enhance the level of care and modern treatment options available to our patients.
Our passionate nursing and animal health care team are committed to helping your pets live long, happy, and healthy lives. We focus strongly on preventative health care, client education, and open communication, ensuring every pet parent feels supported and informed. Each of our nurses is encouraged to pursue further study and skill development, and all are proud members of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia, which recognises their training and professional achievements.
